These terms apply to the supply of corporate hampers and gifting services by Whisk Foods Ltd t/a Whisk Hampers.
Orders and quotations
Quotes provided by Whisk Hampers are valid for the period stated in the quotation.
Orders are confirmed once agreed in writing by both parties.
Product availability / substitutions
Products shown on the website are examples of items that may be included in hampers or gift packs.
Actual contents may vary depending on availability and client requirements. In the event of substitutions these will always be of a similar quality and value and will be confirmed with client prior to dispatch.
Branding and customisation
Where branded products are supplied, artwork approval will be required before production begins.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that supplied artwork and branding assets are correct.
We reserve the right to update content without notice.
Delivery
Delivery times will be agreed as part of the project brief.
While we work with trusted fulfilment and courier partners, delivery dates cannot always be guaranteed due to circumstances beyond our control. Clients will be made aware of any delivery delays.
Liability
Whisk Hampers shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
