We understand many of our customers are sending gifts and so the style of gift box and packaging will be clearly shown in the photograph of the product and all gift boxes are sealed with a Whisk Hampers label showing the name of the kit.  Gift Boxes and Hampers are lined with coloured shred to protect delicate products and look great. 

Chilled products are sent in silver insulated bags containing insulated pouches containing ice-packs to ensure they reach the recipient in perfect condition.

If you've requested a gift message to be included, this will be either handwritten on a mini-whisk tag and included inside the gift box or hamper, or included on a gift receipt (depending on the item ordered).

Our products are sourced from a range of specialist importers and artisan producers.

We apply a strict criteria when selecting products - they must taste great, look beautiful and be free from artificial additives. To make your gift really special we favour the excellent, rare or unusual over ‘mass market’ products and we're a member of the Guild of Fine Foods.

Standard delivery is £2.49 on orders under £25.00. Free Mainland UK delivery applies for orders over £25.00. We use only premium courier delivery services with a very high delivery rate along with various Royal Mail services to ensure your order is delivered quickly and safely. You can upgrade your delivery service to Next Working Day or Nominated Day (if ordered before 2pm) for £4.95. We can also offer a Saturday delivery service (if ordered by 2pm Friday) for an additional £15.00.

We can arrange for deliveries outside the UK – please click here to contact us for a quotation.

As our Monday deliveries are dispatched on a Friday we are unable to ensure that fresh products are maintained at the correct temperature over the weekend.

Saturday deliveries are available and cost £15 per UK mainland address

Orders must be placed by 2.00pm for next day delivery. In the event that a next-day delivery is unavailable, our system will prevent this from being selected as an option.

We deliver during office hours of 9.00am – 5.30pm, so if the recipient is likely to be working, why not ask for the gift to be delivered to their work address?

Please note a specific time cannot be given for courier deliveries.

We deliver all Whisk products via Interlink Express Next Working Day or Saturday Delivery services and Royal Mail. It is possible to request a Saturday delivery during the checkout process.

All deliveries sent with Interlink Express will require a signature unless you have given special instructions otherwise.  If there is no-one available to sign for the delivery, our courier will leave a card at the delivery address with a contact telephone number to rearrange delivery.

If your order has been sent by courier we will send you a reference when your order is dispatched enabling you to track the delivery. Currently deliveries made by Royal Mail cannot be tracked.

If, for any reason, any of our products do not reach you in good condition, we will happily replace or refund the items concerned - please click here to contact us. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

If you are looking for a custom package for a product launch or any other special event and can’t find what you are looking for in our existing range, please call us on 01483 211926 and we’d be delighted to make some suggestions.

Our delivery charges vary depending on the size of order, whether items are going to a single or multiple delivery address and the size / weight of the packages.

We will a provide a delivery quotation based on these variables when preparing a proposal for you.

There are various ways of finding a hamper from the homepage – choosing a category from the top navigation bar will take you into that category and show the various products available.

There is also a general search facility at the top of the website.

When you have a gift voucher or promotional code you can enter it on the basket page (the coupon code box is on the bottom left of the basket page underneath the 'Easy returns policy' icon), and the value will automatically be deducted from the order total when the basket is updated.

Only one promotional code may be used per order and they cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions.

We will email you to confirm your order has been received and include details of how to track your order.  You can track progress of your order by logging in to the 'my account' section on our website or calling us on 01483 211926.

Yes – we take this issue very seriously. We fully comply with the PCI Data Security Standard and all of our transactions are completed securely by Sagepay, so we do not store any of your credit card details.

We only use your email address to confirm details of your order. If you have signed up for our newsletter we will also send you newsletters and details of special offers by email. Click here to see our full privacy policy.

Many of the food products we sell are ‘zero rated’ for VAT purposes, but VAT is applied on a pro-rata basis to rated items where applicable (e.g. wine, confectionary). We provide prices including VAT for all products on our website and detail VAT clearly during the checkout process.

When your order is completed you will be emailed an itemised order confirmation which includes a full VAT breakdown and details of our VAT number,
