Royal Beluga is the largest member of the Sturgeon family occasionally weighing over a ton, however typically between 100 to 250 kilograms and having only 30 kilos of truly exceptional Beluga Caviar that are light to dark steely grey, a product of its own rarity and exquisite flavour. Our Royal Beluga is from that exceptional 30 Kilos.

Quality and Delivery

Once your order has been placed, your Royal Beluga Caviar will be freshly packed and vacuum sealed (giving it a three month shelf life). We then securely package it using temperature controlled courier safe packaging (you can read more about this below) with a quotation postcard and your own personal message handwritten onto one of our signature mini whisk tags.

Your Caviar and Champagne is then dispatched on an overnight special courier service using a fully trackable service to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Guaranteed.

Our supplier has three generations experience in the Caviar world and all our Caviar is fully registered by CITES (the government's animal health department). Each tin has a unique, fully traceable serial number guaranteeing its provenance and meaning you can buy with confidence and enjoy your Caviar and Champagne to the fullest.

Royal beluga caviar 50g
Royal Beluga caviar tastes fine and creamy with a delicate texture and is particularly prized by food experts all over the world. Royal Beluga is the largest member of the Sturgeon family occasionally weighing over a ton, however typically between 100 to 250 kilograms and having 30 kilos of truly exceptional Beluga Caviar that are light to dark steely grey, a product of its own rarity and exquisite flavour. This Beluga Sturgeon lives in a semi wild environment in closed off sections in the Black Sea.
Temperature Controlled Packaging
Once you place your order, your Caviar is freshly packed and vacuum sealed (giving it a 3 month shelf life). We then surround the tin with ice-packs and place in an insulated pouch guaranteed to keep the Caviar at the correct temperature during transit. Finally, the pouch is placed in an attractive silver cool bag to ensure that your order arrives in style (as well as perfect condition). We send your order via a fully trackable overnight courier (and we'll even email you with a one-hour delivery window so you'll know when to expect delivery).
