Chapel Down Bacchus 2010 75cl
An excellent example of Bacchus, harvested from Tenterden, Sandhurst and Bewl vineyards. The grapes were whole bunch pressed and fermented with both selected yeast cultures and naturally occuring 'wild yeast'. A ripe nose with tropical and citrus fruits, the palate has clean concentrated flavours, good weight and perfect balance. Match this wine with Thai and Chinese dishes or try it with roast pork and apple sauce. Compare to a New World Sauvignon Blanc. 12% vol.
