Sevruga is the smallest member of the Sturgeon family weighing around 8 kilos and having only 2 kilos of truly exceptional Sevruga Caviar . Our Sevruga is from that exceptional 2 Kilos.

Quality and Delivery

Once your order has been placed, your Sevruga Caviar will be freshly packed and vacuum sealed (giving it a three month shelf life). We then securely package it using temperature controlled courier safe packaging (you can read more about this below) with a quotation postcard and your own personal message handwritten onto one of our signature mini whisk tags.

Your Caviar is then dispatched on an overnight special courier service using a fully trackable service to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Guaranteed.

Our supplier has three generations experience in the Caviar world and all our Caviar is fully registered by CITES (the government's animal health department). Each tin has a unique, fully traceable serial number guaranteeing its provenance and meaning you can buy with confidence and enjoy your Caviar to the fullest.

Sevruga caviar 50g
From the smallest caviar fish, delicate Sevruga Caviar has a pronounced, spicy flavour. From the Black Sea region, the standard Sevruga Sturgeon weighs about 8 kilos, with 2 kilos of Caviar, which are dark to light grey, small and slightly soft eggs. The Sevruga Caviar has a full and delicate flavour and the fish are typically 5-6 years old.

We use only Premium Courier delivery services with a very high delivery rate along with various Royal Mail Services to ensure your order is delivered Quickly and Safely.
