    a unique product raised in venice, italy and seen on the menus at top establishments including gordon ramsay restaurants, nobu park lane and the square. one of the crucial factors in developing true depth of flavour is the processing and this is done by experts flown over from iran twice a year. the preservation methods are similar to those carried out for wild iranian caviar - widely recognised by connoisseurs to be the finest in the world.

  • 1998 taittinger comtes de champagne, blanc de blancs brut 75cl

    taittinger's prestige cuvée, comtes de champagne is produced exclusively from the first pressing of chardonnay grown in the 100% rated vineyards oa avize, cramant, chouilly, and le mesnil-sur-oger in the côtes des blancs. this champagne is produced only in exceptional years and is presented in an 18th century antique style bottle. since 1990, each bottle contains 5% of wine aged in new french oak barrels
