a complex chardonnay, displaying lifted tropical notes of pineapple, banana, guava and melon backed up by subtle biscuit-like oak. In the mouth it is full bodied with a zingy citrus flavour profile giving way to creamy 'malo' notes and a long finish.

this sauvignon de touraine, which in previous years has garnered high praise from the guide hachette, has lifted aromas of elderflower cordial, victoria plums and hints of grass come from this wine. the palatte is filled with gooseberry fool infused with elderflower and hints of summer fruit.
recently voted 'best south african unwooded chenin' by wine enthusiast magazine, this chenin blanc is made from low yielding old bush vines located in the helderberg area. honeyed apples swarm out of the glass followed by poire william and sweet quince; the texture of the wine is admirable - mouth-coating beeswaxy fruit with sweet cinnamon.
